What is PACTE Industrie?
PACTE Industrie (Parcours Accompagnement et Compétences pour la Transition Energétique de l’Industrie) is a new CEE program that allows industrial companies to engage in their energy transition and low-carbon journey.
Launched in 2023 by ADEME and ATEE, the PACTE Industrie program is a “multimodal” journey that includes training as well as technical support.
Through PACTE Industrie, the government aims to reconcile the environment and industry by accelerating the decarbonization of the latter through:
- PROREFEI training
- Strategic and operational energy support
- Financing assistance
Every industry profession has the opportunity to find dedicated support, and the PACTE Industrie program can be chosen according to your needs:
- For energy technical referents: training and support on energy mix are provided
- For executives and CSR managers: training and support are provided to help you build and assess your decarbonization strategy
- For CFOs: training is provided to understand how to finance projects Support is also provided for your low-carbon investment projects.

1. Energy Mix

What does this service entail at Dametis?

We will then conduct a multicriteria analysis, which includes both technical, energy, environmental, and economic aspects of your industry.
Finally, based on these two analyses, we will identify the most suitable solutions for you, which will be effective in achieving the set objectives of your industry.”
This study is necessary within the framework of a “Low-Carbon Industry Trajectory” (TIBC) support but can also be carried out independently. Let’s outline your low-carbon trajectory together.

2. Trajectory
Dametis and O2M collaborate to present you with the best investment trajectories for your various energy levers.
The prerequisites are as follows: You must conduct at least one study of opportunities for the evolution of the energy mix (Service 1) in parallel with this service (Service 2).
This service related to the investment trajectory includes:
- Financial stakes estimation
- Benefits estimation in terms of greenhouse gas emissions
